The Software Engineering Department of Green University of Bangladesh (GUB) proudly congratulates the Green University Mars Rover Team for their remarkable achievement at the Anatolian Rover Challenge (ARC) 2026, held in Ankara, Türkiye, from 29 July to 1 August 2026.

Competing against some of the world's most talented university rover teams, GUB secured an impressive 6th place among the 20 finalist teams, after advancing from an initial pool of more than 40 international teams. Adding to this outstanding accomplishment, the team was honored with the prestigious "Most Resilient Team" Award, recognizing their perseverance, determination, and unwavering commitment throughout the competition.

This international success is a proud milestone not only for Green University of Bangladesh but also for the nation's growing presence in the fields of robotics, software engineering, and space technology. It reflects the dedication, innovation, and collaborative spirit of the students and mentors who worked tirelessly to represent Bangladesh on the global stage.

The Software Engineering Department takes particular pride in celebrating the contribution of Moynul Hasan Jishan (Student ID: 251034002, Batch 251), one of our talented students and a valued member of the Green University Mars Rover Team. His participation in this prestigious international competition demonstrates the knowledge, technical skills, and determination that our students continue to develop through academic excellence and hands-on innovation.

Jishan's achievement serves as an inspiration to fellow Software Engineering students, proving that passion, continuous learning, and teamwork can lead to success on the international stage. His journey encourages aspiring engineers to explore emerging technologies, embrace challenging projects, and contribute to solving real-world engineering problems.

On behalf of the Software Engineering Department, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to Jishan and the entire Green University Mars Rover Team for bringing honor to our department, our university, and Bangladesh. We also express our sincere appreciation to the team's advisors, mentors, faculty members, sponsors, alumni, and everyone whose support made this achievement possible.
